In a previous investigation of patients recovering from an acute ischaemic knock using transcranial Doppler ultrasound we demonstrated a fall in middle cerebral artery kindred velocity of 12% following ingestion of 250 mg caffeine. The aim of this application of mind was to investigate if this velocity, change meditateed a change in cerebral descendants flow.
